It's here! And we can't wait to share it with you!
After lots of planning, chatting and manifesting we are delighted to finally launch our Outwest Outdoor Club - a new platform for our community of like-minded people, who want to immerse themselves in nature, the outdoors and the local community.
The inspiration for the Outwest Outdoor Club came from our love of exploring the Dingle Peninsula with friends. From the rolling hills, the narrow country trails & the beautiful coastline views, we found that the best part of these adventures wasn’t actually the picture-perfect destinations but the conversations, the friendships and the experiences that happened along the way.
Combining our love for exploring and the added experience of sharing it with friends and fellow adventurers, meant setting up the Outwest Outdoor Club was a natural next step for us.
What's it all about?
We will be hosting very regular & varied events such as hikes, sea swims, running tours, e-bike tours, workshops and so much more. To start, our events will be held on the Dingle Peninsula but we hope to widen our reach as we get up and running.
And don’t worry, we will still bring you to picture-perfect locations but we also want to make sure you have an amazing adventure along the way too.
There is a magic about exploring the Peninsula that is hard to describe. Yes.. we know we’re biased but we wanted to create something that helps us share that magic with the wider community, allowing others to get an insight into the place we love so much.
The Outwest Outdoor Club is open to everyone.
We welcome locals, tourists & visitors to join us on our weekly adventures. Many of these adventures will be free to attend so we recommend pre-booking in advance to secure your place.
How can you join in?
We will list our lineup of events live on the events page of our website and will update it frequently as well as on our social pages so keep an eye out!
Join us!
We are kickstarting with our first event on Saturday May 27th. This will be a hike up Cnoc a Cairn which is located right above Dingle Town. It’s approx 2.5 hours long and ideal for beginners or people with moderate fitness ability. You will find all details about the event including where to meet, what to bring etc. in the below link. And feel free to bring a friend!
The Dingle Peninsula is a magical place to explore the outdoors, to immerse yourself in local culture and to experience the wildness of the west of Ireland. We would love to have you join our upcoming events!
