Orders

Where are your orders sent from?

At Outwest, we hand pack all deliveries from our shop here in Dingle town and processed within 2 working days. 

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If your package has already been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order, but please reach out to our support team if you have had a change of heart, and we will do all we can do help you.

I have a missing or incorrect item in my delivery, what should I do?

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! We ship to Ireland, UK, US, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

What providers do you use for deliveries?

For orders in Ireland, we work with our courier company DPD, to supply the quickest and most convenient delivery for your Outwest order. For International Deliveries, we use the Irish National postal service, An Post.

Will my order be tracked?

All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched. 

My shipment hasn't arrived yet and it's past your estimated delivery window, what should I do?

From time to time, there may be delays that are beyond our control, so if you have any concerns about your order please be sure to reach out to us. Our contact details are below.

Returns

As a small Irish business and proud B Corp, we’re deeply committed to sustainability and thoughtful practices. We encourage mindful purchases, but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

How long do I have to return my items?

We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.

I've worn my clothes since purchasing, can I still return them?

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

I would like to return an item - what do I need to do?

You can reach out to us on email below if you would like to refund an item, we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note, your delivery costs are not included in your refund.

I have not received my refund yet

Please note all goods are your responsibility until we receive them, we cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us, this includes getting lost in transit. Once received, our team will process your refund and you will be notified.

I would like to exchange the item I received for another size or colour

Product Care

How do I wash my Outwest clothing?

Please see the inside care labels on each garments for specific washing instructions. In general for our Cotton items, we recommend to wash at 30 degrees and hang dry, never tumble dry. This will keep the quality and longevity of the product, as well as reduce your impact on the planet. Check out our Production Page to learn more about the materials we use at Outwest.
