We're Hiring At Outwest - Retail Crew

The Retail Crew within Outwest is very often the first touchpoint our customer has with the brand. The role is crucial to deliver an exceptional customer experience that would exceed whatever expectation someone might have.

The role is vital to the day to day running of our shop on Green Street in Dingle. Our shop is the heartbeat of our Outwest community. The role will allow you the chance to embark on an exciting path with room for growth & career development. The position will have you operating within in a team with a positive culture & a team that is purpose driven. Outwest was born out of a passion for the wild Irish Outdoors, so this role is much more than operating a till. We’re looking for someone to be a part of our growth & future projects as we continue creating great products that stand the test of time.

Responsibilities & The Role

  • Create an amazing customer experience
  • Help foster a loyal customer base and positive relationships with our Outwest community in-store & through our Outwest Outdoor Club events
  • Contribute commercially in driving sales & work towards our monthly goals / KPI’s
  • Aid in merchandising the store and ensuring that the presentation of products is of a high quality
  • Assist the current Outwest Team with social media posting, replying to customer comments & engaging with our community.
  • Be willing to work as part of a team & take on ad-hoc tasks when they pop up. The role will involve you reporting to our Retail Manager on a daily & weekly basis

Working Hours

20-25 hours per week - starting late Spring
