All orders are hand packed by myself so I will aim to get your parcel packed and ready for DPD to collect within 48 hours. Once collected by DPD your order will arrive to your door between 2-3 days within Ireland and 5-10 for International deliveries. All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.

Your order ships from our small OUTWEST HQ in Dingle, Co.Kerry. If you are coming to Dingle for a week-long holiday or just a weekend and are looking for recommendations, please get in touch. We can provide you with our favourite hikes, cycling routes, beaches and food spots.

As you might have seen front the card that was provided in your order we made a small mistake on the care labels within our clothing. I can assure you it is not “DRY CLEAN ONLY” All products are best to be washed at 30 degrees and hung dry - this is tried and tested by the one and only Washing Extraordinaire, my Mum. See below a few more of our tips to keep your purchases in tip-top shape. Wash on low heat. Try to use natural detergents (these are less harsh on your skin and the environment). 'Spot-clean' individual stains with a damp cloth, when possible. Throw them on the clothesline and avoid that energy using a tumble dryer. We know the weather in Ireland isn’t made for line drying all year round, but it does reduce environmental impact and also save energy. Our printed items are all made with a chemical-free, water-based print. This will naturally wear in over time and washes, so we recommend washing inside out.

If you have not received your order, but your tracking states it's been delivered then please do let us know. Please include your order number so that we can check your delivery details and sort out a speedy solution.

We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please if possible, return them in the same box they were sent out in, this helps us cut down on waste.
