At Outwest, we hand pack all deliveries from our shop here in Dingle town. We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. 

For orders in Ireland, we work with our courier company DPD, to supply the quickest and most convenient delivery for your Outwest order. For International Deliveries, we use the Irish National postal service, An Post.

All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.  From time to time, there may be delays, so if you have any concerns about your order please be sure to reach out to us. You can also see our FAQ's on shipping in our help centre.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope that you love your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return or exchange the item(s) to us. The standard policy is to return items within 28 days of receipt or 14 days for any Outlet items. For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.

This applies for both items bought in our store and online. All returns require valid proof of purchase or order number to be processed.

If you receive an order and there is an issue with any of your items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve as quickly as we can.

If you would like to return an item to us or make an exchange, please get in touch via the contact form below or drop into our Dingle store.

For exchanges, we would be happy to provide an alternative size, colour, or item in equal value to that of the returned item, subject to stock availability, at no additional cost to you.

Any returns in-store will be processed on the day and funds are typically returned to your bank account within 3-5 working days. If you are posting your returns, the process begins upon receiving the returned items to our team. All returns will receive an email confirmation upon processing.

Returns Policy

Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. If the items are received and do not meet the above criteria, unfortunately we will have no choice but to reject the return and will be unable to issue a refund.

All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please if possible, return them in the same box they were sent out in, this helps us cut down on waste. Delivery costs will not be included in your refund.
