At Outwest, we hand pack all deliveries from our shop here in Dingle town. We aim to process all orders within 2 working days.
For orders in Ireland, we work with our courier company DPD, to supply the quickest and most convenient delivery for your Outwest order. For International Deliveries, we use the Irish National postal service, An Post.

All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched. From time to time, there may be delays that are out of our control, so if you have any concerns about your order please be sure to reach out to us. If you receive an order and there is an issue with any of your items, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve as quickly as we can.
Returns Policy
We really hope you love your order. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with the item(s) you received, you’re welcome to return or exchange them.
Our standard policy allows returns within 28 days of receipt, or 14 days for any Outlet items. If this timeframe has passed, we’d be happy to offer an exchange or issue a credit note, where possible. For items returned beyond this period, we reserve the right to return them to you.
This policy applies to purchases made both in-store and online. All returns must include valid proof of purchase or order number.
Once we receive your return, you'll be eligible for a refund - provided the items are in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that appear worn, washed, or are not in a resellable condition. Garments must be free from signs of wear, including odour.
If your return does not meet these criteria, unfortunately, we will be unable to issue a refund and will need to return the item(s) to you.
For all returns and exchanges, goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We’re unable to refund or exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. Delivery costs will not be refunded, and return postage is covered by the customer.
In-store returns will be processed on the day, with funds typically returned to your bank account within 3–5 working days. For postal returns, the process begins once your returned items have been received and checked by our team. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

For customers outside of Ireland (including the UK, US, and Rest of World), please clearly mark your parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch via the contact form below or drop into our Dingle store.
We would be happy to provide an alternative size, colour, or item in equal value to that of the returned item, subject to stock availability, at no additional cost to you. There is no limit to the timeframe for exchanges, but please ensure that you keep your proof of purchase as we will not be able to make an exchange without.
